Kharl Daguman

During my internship, I had the opportunity to develop a diverse set of skills that have significantly contributed to my growth as an aspiring IT professional. My primary focus was on website management and UI/UX design, where I became proficient in designing user-friendly and visually appealing web interfaces. I worked with tools such as Figma for wireframing and prototyping, and Wix for building and managing websites. This experience allowed me to better understand the importance of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive layouts in creating effective digital experiences.

In addition to design and development, I was also exposed to the technical support side of IT operations. I assisted in basic troubleshooting tasks, which included diagnosing minor software issues, helping with system setups, and supporting end-users with general IT-related concerns. This experience helped me improve my communication skills, as I learned how to explain technical issues in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical users.

Overall, my internship gave me a solid introduction to real-world web development practices, user experience principles, and the basics of IT support. It reinforced my interest in continuing to grow in both creative and technical aspects of the IT field and prepared me to take on more responsibilities in future roles
