I’m a curious and adaptable person with a strong interest in data, digital tools, and problem solving. I enjoy working in environments where I can combine analytical thinking with practical tasks and communication.

I have experience using Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI to organize, analyze, and interpret data in a clear and structured way. I’m comfortable working with datasets, tracking performance, and supporting decision-making processes. I’m confident using Google Suite for organization and collaboration.

At the same time, I have experience with customer support, managing communication via email ,phone and chat, and handling requests in a clear and professional way. Being able to work with people as well as data is something I really value.

I’m also familiar with tools like Canva and social media platforms, and I have a strong interest in artificial intelligence and how it can improve workflows and efficiency.

I’m a native speaker in both Italian and French, and I also speak English, which allows me to work comfortably in multilingual environments.
