With over 15 years of experience across enterprise IT, cloud services, and managed service environments, I specialize in building scalable systems, streamlining operations, and leading diverse teams to deliver measurable results.
My journey has taken me through impactful roles at companies like Zones LLC, Unisys, NTT Data Services, and Dell Services, where I’ve led global support teams, launched clinical service desks, and driven partner management strategies. At Zones, I helped create a $25.5M pipeline by launching a Clinical Services Desk and built a high-performing Microsoft 365 support team of over 200 professionals. By providing strategic oversight and operational excellence, I’ve consistently elevated customer satisfaction, renewed multimillion-dollar contracts, and expanded client relationships.
I hold an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Information Technology. I also hold CISM, AWS Security – Specialty, and ITIL Foundation v3 certifications.
