I have 5 years of experience working as an online Customer Service Agent. I have previously worked with companies such as LessonPro LLC and GoSkate.com both based in Las Vegas Nevada. I am currently working with Customer Service Agent for Smart Call Center which is a home-based company but their area of operation in New York City.

Most of my experience includes answering incoming calls from drivers, passengers and other people seeking to get a service from us. We ensure that the drivers get to the passengers location on time for their pickup, we also ensure that drivers get paid for the trips that they perform each and every day.

I have experience using CRMs such as Zendesk to process orders in the system and also create a ticketing system to store the customer's information and their schedules as well.

I have also done Cold Calling while working with a Real Estate Company. The work involved getting leads on properties where the owners were willing to sell their properties and the information would be passed on to the management to move forward with the purchases.
