✍️Shift transition from the night shift officers was done successfully.

✍️ Confirmed access control was well managed at the main gate, and all safety and security protocols were well observed and followed. 

✍️Safety induction was done to all the drivers and visitors accessing the site and only the safety compliant were allowed in.

✍️ Outbounding activities was noted across the warehouses,M2 M3 ,M4,M5 and M6.

✍️ Inbounding activities noted in warehouses,M3,M4, M5 and M6.

✍️Officers exercised their duties well in adherence to the SOPs.

✍️ Mugoya 2 had minimal activities noted during the shift, outbounding activities noted.

✍️ Inbound/bonded area was well manned, units parked confirmed well secured throughout the shift.

~Confirmed team of five individuals from CONTROTECH Company Ltd led by Bernard Maina-Transport Manager came to install trackers in the new trucks.

✍️All warehouses were well secured. All officers were alert and vigilant during the day operations.

✍️_Customs_bonded** There was no access noted,the 10 units are safe and well secured. 

✍️The shift ended well without any alarming issue.

 HANDING OVER DUTIES.  

We do hereby hand over the duties and responsibilities to the incoming night shift officers led by Joseph Mutua fno 88193 after patrolling and confirmed the premises are in good condition.No alarming issue noted, all the warehouses are well locked and sealed following closure of operations.
