I am an experienced customer service specialist for over 6 years. I've handled phone, chat, and email support. I am currently working as a full-time team leader in an outsourcing company here in Honduras but I’m also looking for a great opportunity to work as a freelancer so I can work permanently from home. Knowledgeable on several tools such as SAP, Intercom, Salesforce, Smartmoving(crm), Postmark, OneSchema, Hubspot, Slack, and some of the Microsoft Office tools and Adobe package tools. I’m on my 2nd year of college in Science of Computer Engineering which makes me become computer literate. I have my own built pc with an i5 10th gen paired with 16GB of RAM and 45 MBPS internet speed.
