I am a experience professional with a strong background in the healthcare and IT industries, with more than 9 years of total experience in medical claims processing, billing, data analysis, and workflow management. Throughout my career, I have gained a strong competency in using data analytics and SQL to inform insights and solutions, as well as a thorough knowledge of the healthcare sector, including insurance, provider relations, denial management, and authorization.

While currently working as a Process Engineer with Conifer Global Business Center, I serve as the agile product owner and closely work with cross-functional teams in order to produce solutions that meet both business requirements and user expectations. My capacity to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in an agile setup translates to seamless project delivery, while my effective communication skills help me establish functional partnerships with developers, QA personnel, clients, and other stakeholders. My prior experience as a Billing Representative and Claims Analyst has sharpened my skills to deal with complicated claims, review and settle denials, and double-check billing for accuracy. I have a high level of detail awareness and excel at navigating an extensive range of software tools including Cerner, JIRA, and Facets, all of which enable me to identify, prioritize, and resolve problems successfully. Whether developing client-facing projects or internal process enhancements, I pride myself on being able to quickly adapt, creatively solve problems, and deliver results.
