I have overall experience of more than 6 years with BPO process that i have worked with.There are various processes that i have work with for USA with various time zones.I am comfortable with the time zones .Some of the process are Pharmacy,AT&T and other like freelance work with client for there work online like support staff and things.I am very much comfortable with English to work with client for some tutorial or training for other details.I am a result oriented person which would help the company and individually me to enhance my skills.
