I am well organized, efficient, and self motivated professional that thrives on innovation and overcoming challenges, learning new skills, and encouraging growth in those around me. I have worked in the customer service industry for 6 years. I have also done some Translation and data entry, and as a Virtual assistant.

My experience in customer service is engaging in different kinds of customers day by day and handling problems with positive and composure attitudes as I worked as a Café attendant and service crew in a known fast-food restaurant here in the Philippines.

While working in different customer service setup, I studied the course of Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation (BSMT). After I graduated, I had the opportunity to work as a deck cadet, but this didn't stopped me to accept freelance works especially when the pandemic came. I decided to pursue my career as a freelancer and I assure you that I am a dedicated and hard working person who believes in honesty and good working relation. Though I am newbie as a freelancer but I have certain qualities which makes me good at this.
