I did email, chat, and voice cases and I would handle internal and external issues within the platform. I was trained for Amazon Seller Central internally and externally, I was also trained for Fulfilment by Amazon. I know how to resolve from basic to difficult inquiries since I was personally trained by Amazon, I also know problems encountered by Sellers due to my case handling experience.
I also have 2 years of combined experience with freelance work such as copywriting and writing descriptions for a non-profit furniture company, creating and managing listings and orders in Shopify.
