Kenneth Verzosa

My name is Kenneth Verzosa. My friends call me khen. I was born in Tarlac, Philippines. I'am a nursing graduate at Our Lady of Fatima University. I worked with several BPO Company, my first BPO experience is with NCO I was part of Customer Service Representative I was part of UPS in shipping department. I can say that it's one of the easiest account I've handled. I decided to leave the company because of medical reason, my grandmother suffered from stroke and since i have background on how to properly take care of her i decided to resign. I will always be great full to NCO i consider them i my second family, everything that I'am now as customer service representative i learned it from them. I also worked with Teletech i was part of Barnes and Noble its a technical support, again i can say that its one of the easiest account. And lastly i was also worked for Sutherland for ATT Uverse and i can say that its really challenging account, we provide customer service, tech support, we also do billing and sales.
