I started working as an online freelancer/virtual assistant back in 2015.

I have been working as freelancer for more than 5 years now and I have already established a remote working environment.

I have worked for a Debt Settlement Company from US and dealt with legal document processing and collection,

so as to updating our CRM (Salesforce) with the relative legal status.

I also have these roles with them, I'm a Payment Specialist doing outbound calls to schedule payments for the settlement agreement with creditors. I am also a Correspondence & Legal Document Processing - Assistant Team Leader in which I managed receiving and associating documents that were requested to our clients. Email handling, data entry and all around document processing were also my previous duties.

As an experienced freelancer, I am keen to details, which is significant to my previous job for it involves review of settlement documents that even difference in payment dates, and variance in amounts up to the centavo level are considered crucial.
