Hello, I have been working for a total of 2 years and counting here in the Philippines. I have an experience with both voice and non voice. On those years, I have gained skills which would be helpful not just for myself but also to my next career/work. I'm eager and open to learn more about the work. On my non voice experience, I learned how to operate Basic SAP, post bank statements, reconcile it, sort and be familiarized with the accounting documents needed, Accounts Receivable, AEB and Microsoft Office tools. I've also gained customer service experience.
