I’m a Virtual Assistant from the Philippines with over 9 years of experience in both customer support and data entry.
On the Customer Support side, I managed customer concerns and made sure responses were handled on time. I’ve handled high-volume email inquiries related to orders, payments, refunds, returns, and delivery concerns. I also have experience assisting customers with product-related questions such as size, fit, and availability.
On the Data Entry side, I’ve been working in data-related jobs for more than four years now, across three different roles. That experience has strengthened my precision, attention to detail, organization, and research skills. My work often requires a high level of attention to detail, especially when checking for duplicates, inconsistencies, or missing information.
What I bring is a balance of both sides, customer-facing support and backend data work. I’m highly adaptable, quick to learn new tools, and able to follow established workflows and SOPs effectively.
