Please consider my application for the bookkeeper position. My name is Kenneth James Pamisaran. I have always had a passion for numbers, that’s why although I am a Mechanical Engineer by profession, I have learned to love the dynamics in the bookkeeping and accounting field.

I have 2 years experience in Australian Bookkeeping which includes serving various industries such as E-commerce, Food, retail and service industries. I have used Xero, MYOB and QBO accounting tools as well as Hubdoc, Dext and Asana. I am also proficient in using microsoft office  software, especially advanced Excel functions such as Pivot, Vlookup, and Xlookup, which ensures meticulous data analysis and reporting.

Most of the task I do:

• Bank and Credit card reconciliation
• -Recording of all transactions (bills, invoices, withdrawals and deposits) in Quickbooks Online/Xero
• Accounts Payable Management such as Bills processing and loading of payments in the bank
• Sales Invoicing
• Payroll Preparation
• Cash Flow Reports
• And Monthly Reports Preparation
