I also manage order holds, verify customer information, prevent duplicate orders, and reduce chargebacks—all while protecting brand reputation and driving customer satisfaction.
Healthcare / Patient Support Experience
I’ve served as the first point of contact for patients, providing accurate information about products, services, medical equipment, and home-delivery processes.
