Before being a freelancer. i was part of HSBC Data Electronics Processing Contact Center as a Customer Care Specialist And Internet Banking technical Support. I handled customer's premier bank account. my main tasks there is to handle credit card transactions, bills payment, mortgage and loan upsell over the phone and internet banking trouble shooting via remote access to client's computer. I basically ensure that the client's can do transactions smoothly, I recently worked as a remote worker with homeinstead senior care as an admin coordinator/scheduler.
