Had the responsibility of constantly evaluating the new hires and making sure that they met all the
performance metrics.
Served as an SME to the new associates when they were on the floor handling live contacts from sellers.
Had to regularly meet with the stakeholders from Management and Training team.
Jan’ 2017 till Nov’ 2017: Performed the role of SME for a 20-member team.
As an SME, I was tasked with preparing regularly by reading up the new updates in the system. This enabled
me to demonstrate my ability of being a quick learner.
I was responsible of taking any escalation contacts handled by the team to focus on better resolution for the

Had to conduct regular meetings for the team in the absence of the team lead.
