About me:

Background:

• I studied Marine Engineering.
• I worked as a customer service representative for a BPO company and our account was StraightTalk Wireless. I already have experience with various types of customers, even the irate ones.
• I entered the MLM industry in 2016 and I'm still active until now so I have experience with sales and customer service and public speaking.
• I'm currently a virtual assistant, for over a year now, for a talent & entertainment company based in Santa Ana, CA, where I do customer service and data entry.
• I have worked on a project-based research on various subjects, including LinkedIn lead generation, for a programmer and health enthusiast from Tennessee.
• I have experience as HR, hiring freelancers in Upwork, from my previous job.
• I'm also employed as a video editor (for social media) for a year now with different clients such as Preston Smiles, Jairek Robbins, and more.
• Starting November, 2020, I was promoted from creating videos to managing and checking videos made by the editors to make sure we deliver the best quality to our clients.

Other:

• I love reading books especially self-help books. I'm very interested to learn about writing.
• An emphatic listener. I like helping people solve their problems or lessen their worries.

Note: I gained my skills, not from school education but, from work experience. I started working for free since I can't take jobs with my few working experience. I'm willing to work for FREE for a limited time if you want to test me out. It's also a great way for me to learn new skills.
