An ambitious and committed graduate of Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning's Business Administration program who is keen on using my strong interpersonal communication skills to assist me in instilling more discipline among employers and employees within the organization and in ensuring that this discipline is maintained throughout all levels of the organization. Using my management and decision making skills combined with my interpersonal skills, I can effectively create, apply and direct organizational policies on an individual level. With the use of my interpersonal communication skills along with both my analytical and attention to detail skills, I will have the ability to suitably analyze and evaluate each employee based on their performance within the organization, so that each individual can be accurately and fairly compensated. Through the incorporation of these skills, I will also have the ability to prepare and implement the recruitment and selection processes, so that I am able to carefully choose those candidates who have the potential to get the job done.
