I have about 10 months of Inbound Call Center experience working from home, with sales included. I am a quick learner and love learning new things, I’m also good at being able to research sources quick. I have a few years of experience in other fields, as below but preferably want a remote work from home job. Aug.2003- May 2007 Employment History Genesis Business Telecommuter February 2018 – Present I take inbound calls from different clients providing customer service, sales, and even technical issues. Also helping members with payments and/or account updates. Goodwill Industries Team Lead/Manager October 2015 – March 2018 Moderate office work at opening and closing, assist customers with purchases or finding specific items. Other duties were going around to other departments and making sure the other employees were okay and doing their duties.  Randstad Production Worker December 2014 – April 2015 My duties were to box and pack frozen goods to be shipped to certain companies. Or either I would take out bad product pieces before they were bagged. Just basically production work Jekyll island club hotel Housekeeping May 2014 – October 2014 Duties were to clean assigned rooms and extra rooms if possible. I had to stock my laundry/cleaning cart before and after shifts, also light cleaning throughout halls. McDonald's Crew Member November 2013 – March 2014 As a crew member I took customers order, gave out orders, and some times worked in other areas. After shifts I had to stock back up the area I was in. Days inn & suites Housekeeping June 2012 – August 2013 Duties were to clean assigned rooms and extra rooms if possible. I had to stock my laundry/cleaning cart before and after shifts, also light cleaning throughout halls and or sidewalk area. Hobbies & Interests Some hobbies I like are traveling to different places, I enjoy doing people hair sometimes. Love shopping and I’m interested in Sports (NFL & NBA Only LOL). One thing I enjoy most is being able to be here with my kids and do fun things with them, and I enjoy reading and researching. Last I really enjoy working from home because it has been very convenient for me.
