I am a graduate of Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Science which leads to the fact that I have thorough knowledge in the medical field, thus have experienced working in a health care insurance company as a customer service representative while studying. After I graduated, I was supposed to go to medical school and become a doctor, but the interest dissipated as fun and exciting promotion opportunities came up. I have been working in the customer care field for more than 5 years and I spent most of my career as the lead of the social relations team of a US-based subscription company and specialize in Customer Relations Management, addressing customer and business-related concerns via social media platforms.
