approaches within the financial sector. This culminated into a highly successful career that brought him to HSBC Sydney
where he continued to exceed targets for 4 years.
Transitioning into the tech and human resources fields, Ken showcased his versatility by taking on leadership roles such as
Chief Executive Officer at Karya Madani Berhasil, where he grew the business from ground up to a substantial operation with
monthly revenues of IDR1.8bio, and as Chief Product Officer at REDY Indonesia, significantly increasing user base, developed
the commercial model and establishing strategic educational partnerships. While in Karya Madani, he personally interviewed
more than 500 candidates and was instrumental in recruiting successfully for the SEA Games 2018 ticketing staff (total of 60
staffs) within a period of 3 weeks.
As the Head of Business Development at Kinobi Tech Asia, Ken was instrumental in researching a key strategic move that
guaranteed a robust sales pipeline through the University association channel, effectively positioning the company as a
preferred vendor to top universities while helping students land jobs by going campus to campus to conduct CV building
seminars. His tenure as Sales Director at Darwinbox HCM further solidified his expertise in HRIS Technology, sales and
partnership management, by closing significant deals and establishing vital channels in Indonesia.
As Head of Strategic Business Development at Daya Lima Group, Ken managed to research, analyze and improve the
business offerings, leading directly to improvements in revenues of USD150k during his tenure.
Ken recently completed two market research projects, one for Wadhwani Foundation as a Project Manager, and one for GSD
Africa as Country Lead, both focusing on market entry for the two unique companies.
He currently works part-time as a contractor for an Australian consumer research company called Play Innovation Pty Ltd,
assisting them with data analysis, data visualization and data presentation work.
