I am a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with nearly five years of experience in finance and accounting, specializing in accounts payable processes and bookkeeping. Over the years, I have developed a strong foundation in handling end-to-end accounts payable tasks including the timely processing of vendor invoices (PO and non-PO), managing employee reimbursements and advances, performing vendor account reconciliations, and preparing payment runs while ensuring compliance with payment terms.

I have experience working remotely with a multinational company, which has helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with international teams. This remote setup allowed me to work independently and manage tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability. Aside from accounts payable, I also have a background in bookkeeping. I’ve handled recording daily financial transactions and maintaining general ledger entries. I am proficient in Oracle Netsuite, Infor M3, Xero, MS Office, and I am confident in my ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms due to my hands-on experience with comparable systems.
