Hello! I am an experienced and successful Product & Project Manager in San Diego, CA. With 5 years of experience in Customer Services, Product & Project management and leadership roles at both established and start-up companies, my comprehensive skill set speaks for itself. 

I currently hold a full-time position and the Senior Product Manager for a SAAS based product in San Diego. Ideally, I am looking for part-time projects that would allow me to continue my growth and experience with more products & environments. With that said, I am open to a wide range of projects and tasks that may help further my knowledge base and help you accomplish your goals.

Project & Product Management: 

I love helping to build exciting products and seeing your ideas come to life. I specialize in data-driven decisions and a design-first approach. With a background in both Product and Project Management, I enjoy carrying a product idea from conception to development and watching it blossom after launch. 

I am proficient in both project and product management ideologies such as Agile/SCRUM, timeline structure, and building a customer experience is driven by data. I have worked with numerous project management and ERP tools (Jira, Trello, Airtable, Asana, Procore, SAP, BIM360, etc.) and am quickly adaptable to new tools as I have worked with so many. I specialize in data-driven decisions. My work ethic is efficient and comprehensive. I believe in tackling difficult tasks immediately rather than putting them off. 

I communicate with all stakeholders on a daily basis ranging from CEOs to engineers to customers and everyone in-between.

With my background in Project Management, I am excellent at task management. I am highly organized and complete task properly and efficiently. I am also detail-oriented and maintain exactly notes on the current status of each task to help others with visibility into what I am working on.

General Interests:

I am a very experienced traveler and love to help plan experiences for others. I have a number of travel and budget planning templates I have built for my friends and family when embarking on a large vacation. 

Early in my career, I worked for international hostels, doggy daycares, camps, all of which helped me to grow a strong appreciation for the customer and for the diligence required to thrive as a service-based company. This is why I am a dedicated service professional who loves leveraging my skills to help other like-minded individuals.
