Daily controls, walking the floors, continual hands on training, development, and feedback are my
greatest attributes when managing and leading a team. I struggle with excuses and poor attitudes
but recognise and salute people who try. I am a very fair leader and manager and never expect the
impossible but believe in the impossible. In the various properties that I have managed, my staff
relate well to me and love to learn new skills from me. I have a collaborative management style and
empower people through skills.
I document everything. I plan everything and can plan on my feet and plan whilst running. I can
multitask. Although I do not seek confrontation, I do not run away from it either. I believe
strongly in aligning my expectations and divisions needs and development with that of the
Human Resources Department.
I am a team player and appreciate honest feedback and communication especially at colleague
