increase efficiency of distribution services. I oversaw the implementation of this functionality in branches, including the
installation of specialized networks in multiple warehouses. I created a repeatable plan to support the implementation
efficiently. I led a large agile team (25) of resources to execute this implementation, acting as Scrum Master and Project
Manager.
