My job as a Project Leader helped me to develop my organisation,
interpersonal & coordination skills, with regards to the followings :
I look both after the marketing and the operations part of a project.
I was responsible, to prepare tailor-made proposals and do follow
ups. Prepare a site inspection programme, and follow up with the
customers during their site visits.
Once the group’s programme is finalised ; book the services chosen
by the guests; such as accommodation, mode of transfers, daily
activities, book lunches & dinners within the hotels chosen as well as
offsite property and make pro-forma invoices. I was also present for
the group’s operations from its arrival till its departure.
