I have worked as a Pharmacists Assistant in one of the rising pharmaceutical store in Cebu, Philippines. As a Pharmacists Assistant (PA) I was responsible for ordering, filling and dispensing medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. I also maintained accurate patient records, medication dosing information and directions for use. Also, I contact physicians and patients regarding medication dosage, potential side effects and drug interactions.

Moreover, I also worked as a Data Entry Associate at a BPO Company. As an associate, I handle inbound, outbound and non-voice transactions according to defined quality, standards, policies and procedures. I attend to customer queries, concerns and complaints and provide first time call and transaction resolution as well.
