I’m a veteran of the Air Force and a sales, training and coaching executive who’s passionate about helping sales organizations grow through structure, accountability, and engagement. I’ve spent my career with big companies in the advertising, automotive and fintech space. Companies like AT&T, Autotrader, Yelp, and PayPal.

- Led 3 Training departments – 2 were restructures, 1 was a merger
- Led Onboarding restructures 5x
- I’ve promoted, hired and terminated employees (one day, I had to let 23 people go)
- I’ve been a Leadership Coach 2x (Cox Automotive & Yelp)

- Emceed a Leadership Conference of 200+ Executives and Sales Leaders
- I’m a John Maxwell Coach, Trainer, Speaker and DISC certified
- I just completed a 27-week coaching certification course through Corry Robertson

- I’ve built and implemented Mentoring programs (ICs and Leaders)

My career in sales leadership, training leadership, enablement coaching, leadership and development and partnering cross functionally makes me feel like the ultimate Swiss army knife or 5 tool baseball player.
