  • Appointment Setter, using Google Calendar, Clear Phone, Email and Live Chat Communication.
  • Technical skills- MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Access and One note, Google Calendar, and Drive: Docs, Sheet, Forms, Slides. 
  • Perform secretarial duties, utilizing specific knowledge of medical terminology and hospital, clinic or laboratory procedures. Duties include scheduling appointments, billing and patients.
  • Compiling, recording medical charts, reports and correspondence and upload to the various system and portals using EPRXpress as EMR portal.
  • Answer inquiries, verify appointment and patient needs thru phone calls.
  • Prepare necessary report for patients HMO and billing.
  • Provide customer support and help resolve customer queries.
  • Own and manage calendar and scheduling
  • Gives assistance clearly, timely, and actionable feedback
