Salary: $500.Benefits: Bonus for top quality performance, three meals
per day in the hostel restaurant seven days a week,
living inside the hostel at no cost, a tab with $120.credit per month to spend at the bar or restaurant.
Charge Description: Hostel reception, bar and inventory management.
Supervise bartenders during their duties also a daily classification,
organization, and quantification of the bars alcohol, beers, mixers, and
the basic inventory to run the bars. Provide inventory every day to all
bartenders to begin their shift.
Hiring or firing human resources such as reception representatives,
bartenders and volunteers.
Supervision of: the volunteers work, cleaning department, guard or
security department and kitchen area. Check every morning, each bed
and room to be clean, also the bathrooms, common areas, gardens and
bars. Ask for reports in the morning to the security representative to
verify if everything was in order for the beginning of a new shift.
Management of the hostal petty cash, to use in case of emergency, and to
provide change to every bar cash box and reception cash box. Receive
providers, signing and paying bar and tour agency provider bills.
Handling of on-line reservations and cancellations through Ezzee Front
Desk program, also walk ins reservations and in-house cancellations.
Handling drinks and organization of the bar through Ezzee Burrp program.
Creation of usernames for every new hired and also training. Train every
bartender or receptionist and volunteers in the required area.
Reception and bar problems and errors solving (overbookings, double
charges, charges to wrong guest, all guest problems related), Check-ins,
check-outs verification in the system, Authorization to provide credits for
reception representatives and bartenders or personally apply discounts
