Created an OPEX and COGS reclassification process between two ERP systems to consolidate the financial statements of a Public client that recently merged with a Pharmaceutical animal health company comprising 32 different entities. Provided consolidated Income statements for 32 entities using the newly developed reclassification process.
Conducted ~60 local country workshops establishing an end-to-end payroll process for a $7 Billion animal health deal analyzing and recommending process improvements for the operationalization and implementation of accounting requirements for the M&A transaction. Provided Hypercare to over 30 countries to assist in the monthly working capital funding, timely payroll payment, and payroll financial reporting impacts.
Developed a Zero-Based Budget for a newly formed Medicare Organization while reducing the Per Member Per Month costs for the 2021 CMS Bid Proposal consequentially mediating the risk of increased costs due to net new vendor contracts and Net new Full Time Employees, by identifying potential investments costs allocations that allowed operational cost reductions.
Assessed and validated 20 working capital adjustments supporting a disputed purchase price of a $57 million transaction by conducting walk-throughs with the local accounting teams and reperforming reconciliations.
Performed Compliance Risk assessments to identify whether the Marketing and Advertising Partners for a Technology, Media, and Telecom client were in adherence with the Privacy act and the client’s Marketing agreements.
