Design Administrator – BKNC Kitchen Specialists, Wrexham Head Office – 12/03/2021 – 24/01/2022 I worked full-time for the Design Team managing and creating visual Specification Sheets and quotations via Dynamics Software and Excel as well as various other tasks. Legal Assistant - Bartletts Solicitors, Wrexham Office – 01/04/2019 – 05/03/2021 I was a full-time legal assistant and front desk receptionist, assisting two Solicitors with their large personal injury caseloads with admin duties and setting up new cases on the Proclaim system. My job role entailed drafting court proceedings and Claim Notification Forms as well as other documents. Speaking to new claim enquiries and setting up new claims on the system and sending out new paperwork for signing as well as other documents/forms. A large part of my role was chasing clients, medical experts/medical agencies and other third parties via phone, email, and letters on behalf of the solicitors to help progress claims. I was responsible for daily admin duties i.e., filing, archiving, stationary, DX courier service, franking and posting.
