My first job was as a call center agent for Tribune Publoshing company, wherein we deal with customers who have missed or late delivery of the daily newspaper. After working for customer support, I worked as a back office support for DME companies. As a back office my tasks are making calls to the insurance to verify the eligibilitu and benefits of the patient, review qualifying documents, calling both doctor's office and patients, creating CMN, sending PAR to the insurance, sending bill to the insurance and working out on denied claims.
