I’m a seasoned and driven operations and office manager with bookkeeping skills and over a decade of hands-on leadership in business management, client services, and team development. I managed daily operations for a landscape company and retail garden center, overseeing multiple divisions.

I wore a lot of hats—managing everything from bookkeeping, scheduling, and project estimating to marketing strategy, retail management, and customer service. I’ve helped lead the expansion of our offerings to include irrigation, hardscape, lawn care, and green infrastructure solutions, while also overseeing retail sales of perennials, annuals, trees, shrubs, mulch, and garden décor.

One of my greatest strengths is juggling high-stakes, high-volume environments while keeping a clear head and a compassionate heart. I’m proud to lead my teams and cultivate a high-performance workplace culture. I prioritize clear communication, mutual respect, and efficiency in every part of my work.

As a mom of two busy teenage girls, I understand what it means to hustle. I bring the same level of care and dedication to the businesses I help run. Whether I’m coordinating multi-phase landscape installs, building systems from the ground up, integrating technology to streamline workflows, or handling last-minute client needs with a smile, I’m all in.
