Most recently, I worked home based for Versatel Marketing as an outbound sales rep where my responsibilities included handling both inbound and outbound calls, pre-qualify customers, and make live transfers to licensed agents. Prior to that, I also worked for Lexington Law which is a credit repair company. I make outbound calls to prospective clients, pre-qualify and also transfer them to licensed agents.

Previously, I worked as a customer service associate within two BPO companies for telecommunications carrier and satellite radio service provider in which I handled billings, inquiries, basic troubleshooting, and sales. I consistently met my goals and even exceeded them. I was even pulled out to join the support team.
