Currently, my research focuses on “Individual and Collaborative Job Crafting Behavior on Organizational Outcomes,” where I explore how task, relational, and cognitive crafting—alongside collaborative behaviors like team cohesion, collective efficacy, and innovative climate—impact work engagement and organizational citizenship behavior. This has deepened my understanding of employee motivation and team dynamics, which I actively apply in my professional practice.
