Good day! I am currently working in one of the top BPO's in the Philippines. I have been working in the Recruitment Department for 7 years (and counting). My main task is to encourage our employees to refer, create referral program promos, create reports/stats/dashboards. I also used to handle all external recruitment events of our company and conduct phone/face to face interviews to applicants.
Aside from my Professional job, I'm also an Event Coordinator for weddings, birthdays, etc.
I'm proficient in MS Office such as Excel, Powerpoint and Word. I'm also dedicated to whatever I do.
