Good day! I am currently working in one of the top BPO's in the Philippines. I have been working in the Recruitment Department for 7 years (and counting). My main task is to encourage our employees to refer, create referral program promos, create reports/stats/dashboards. I also used to handle all external recruitment events of our company and conduct phone/face to face interviews to applicants.
Aside from my Professional job, I'm also an Event Coordinator for weddings, birthdays, etc.
I'm proficient in MS Office such as Excel, Powerpoint and Word. I'm also dedicated to whatever I do.

1. Work with Integrity - I want to assure my Employer that I will do my job even if no one is around to check on me.
2. Efficient - It is important that I will be able to deliver/submit/complete the job in a timely manner.
3. Effective - Not only should I be able to complete my task quickly but the job must be also accurate, correct and with quality.
   I love learning new things, especially the stuff that I never imagined doing. I'm a fast learner and I accept challenges.
