Overseeing the Admin team workflow and performing other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
Coordinates various arrangements such as client accommodations and airport transfers, boardroom reservations for clients,BPO staff and internal team.
Sends email blast via MailChimp for monthly office supplies, important reminders and others related to office maintenance
Assist in office management
Coordinates office cleanliness and maintenance
Coordination, monitoring and handling all documentations
Contract reviews
Receives emails from foreign clients, BPO staff, and internal support team and provides them the necessary actions.
Performs a wide variety of administrative tasks on the daily operations.
Do logistics and diarising both BPO and internal team meetings
Monitors repairs and maintenance budget
