Implemented Chronic Care Management(CCM) flow enables physicians can refer a patient from Athenahealth to a third-party LIS and get back the annual wellness visit report and claims. Using Athenahealth SMART on FHIR, FHIR, and certified API's.

Integrated OrbDoc, a voice scribe tool that converts voice notes into SOAP notes and sends them back to Athenahealth, and adds them to the corresponding encounter. Using Athenaheath certified API's and FHIR API. Same flow implemented in eClinicalWorks with the help of FHIR API.

Implemented robotic automation to scrape patient, visit, and encounter details from Dentrix, NextGen, CollaborateMD, MDIntelleSys, DuxWare, MedEvolve, EyeMD EMR, Practice Fusion, eClinicalWorks, Eyefinity, CareCloud, Qualifacts, PatientNow, Aesthetic Record, MEDITECH, CentralReach, DrChrono, OfficeEMR, Cerner, InSync, PrognoCIS

Implemented a Chrome extension to automate nurses' daily routine jobs like filling, reviewing notes for a set of patients with a click of a button. Currently, this is implemented and is successfully used in Practice Fusion.

Developed a full-fledged patient intake form that helps patients complete the onboarding process entirely digital and smoother way. This is currently implemented for Athenhealth practices.

Deployed the OpenEMR system for optometry practices, and further customized it with modules like referral management, bulk data import, SMART on FHIR, and DICOM viewer, while also optimizing workflows and implementing secure deployments across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem environments.
