1. GEMS IIT/MAPS Integration
Project description: GEMS IIT/MAPS Integration project introduced new front end for the external users of Novartis, which will be used to monitor/track the clinical studies. This front end integrates with five downstream systems to enable the required business outcomes through the fully online process.

Project description: The Salsa project was initiated to deliver a strategic replacement for the existing IBM Web Sphere Process Server (WPS). WPS is a middleware platform which operates 57 services which support specific Digital Banking Customer journeys. WPS was implemented within Digital Banking in 2008 but currently having issues like high running and maintenance cost.

Project description: This project aimed at resolving the issues to achieve an enhanced security control and an increase in channel adoption and market share. The Memorable Information feature was introduced for RBB (Retail Business Banking) customers as well. The key aim of this project from a customer point of view was that the system would ask only ID and password and MI at login. The use of 2FA will be maintained at business critical functions for enhanced security. Also, this project introduced phishing emailing solutions and malware solution.
