I am a results-driven and highly experienced IT professional with over 16 years in Software Quality Assurance, currently serving as a Senior QA Lead. Throughout my career, I’ve consistently demonstrated a passion for delivering high-quality software through well-defined QA processes, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. My experience spans diverse industries including e-commerce, healthcare, ERP systems, and payment gateways.

I specialize in both manual and automated testing, with hands-on expertise in tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, and JIRA. I’ve led end-to-end testing efforts for complex web, mobile, API, and ERP applications—executing various testing types including system, regression, performance, integration, security, and exploratory testing.

One of my key strengths is the ability to align QA processes with business goals. I regularly work with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure clear communication, timely delivery, and user satisfaction. I’ve also taken the lead in conducting UAT sessions, quality audits, and defect triages, while promoting continuous improvement through the use of quality metrics and root cause analysis.
