I'm currently working in a BPO as a Team Lead for 3 years. Customer Service support for 2 years, and 3 months of experience as a Marketing assistant. 

Team Leader, who is often known as a supervisor or a team manager, is responsible for managing a team of Advisors. This team would typically consist of 8-12 Advisors, helping them to meet targets while reviewing performance and coaching them also.

Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction.

I'm a quick learner, a people oriented person, efficient in Microsoft office(Excel, word) Can do administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements.
