I am a 23-year old Mass Communication graduate, and I have five years of experience in content writing, and the majority of the articles I write are about traveling. I also have experience in writing listicles, marketing emails, and newsletters. Aside from writing and copywriting, I also have experience in Social Media Management; my tasks include posting updates on different social media accounts, communicating with the clients, and scheduling of appointments. As a virtual assistant, I was able to learn how to use various tools like Hootsuite, MeetEdgar, Trello, Canva, Photoshop, and others. Furthermore, I also work as a part-time English teacher to Chinese and Taiwanese students, apart from teaching via video lessons, I also edit and help the students improve their IELTS essays. I have basic knowledge of website management through WordPress too, and I learned to navigate and manage it by myself when I started to establish my blog last 2017. Having my own site has helped me a lot in widening my knowledge in the utilization of WordPress. My two years of experience as a recruitment staff helped me hone my skills in marketing, hiring, interviewing, and outsourcing. I am a very passionate and happy person. I aim quality over quantity, and the clients' comments mean a lot to me, so I always do my best to do a good job. My goal is to be my client's asset, so I involve myself in different courses and lessons that will improve my skills. Some of the certificates I earned were IELTS Specialist Course, Photoshop, Social Media Management, Smartphone Photography, Emotional Intelligence, 120-hour TESOL certificate, and Social Media Marketing.
