Many people view Executive Assistants as glorified secretaries while there's nothing wrong with secretarial work, my view of such a position is different. I may perform secretarial tasks (pretty well) but I see my role as a key business partner. A role vital to the success of the Executive team, the department and the company as a whole. I can be your secret weapon, working diligently to ensure goals are met and daily operations run smoothly.
Business & Information Management graduate integrating work and education to accomplish career goals. During my studies, I have learned how to think critically, analyze problems and develop modern solutions. Besides finance, I offer an extensive knowledge of other fields such as operations, business office management and human resources.
During the last 6 years working in traditional industries, I became stoked for the opportunity to work in a new world. The so-called virtual world. I fell in love with how things under my care, making sure operations run more smoothly, assisting the executive in ways that allow him/her to focus more on the other direction rather than the mundane administrative responsibilities. I can say that I did a great job for the past 2 years being in this new environment. I am fiercely independent and can be somewhat impressively creative. I am a dedicated and reliable member of the team and is always considering the needs of others as well as my direct manager.
