I have nine years of experience in both Technical Support and Customer Service, assisting customers all around the world. I went through a rigorous training in a large Business Process Outsourcing company in the Philippines and served as a Program Ready Trainer.

As a trainer, I am responsible for delivering client focused training to address the new hire, product update and recursive training requirement of the company in support of client programs to ensure superior workforce preparation with best in class service and delivery. I also ensure day-to-day functional direction of trainees within the program training classroom environment, including student progress monitoring for the duration of training, providing coaching and developmental feedback and readiness recommendations.

On the other hand, I can also provide first and second-level technical support to end-users on proprietary software and applications including installation basic usage and appropriate service level to warranty. I can also perform troubleshooting techniques over the phone or via remote access to identify and resolve issues.

Throughout my experience as a Technical Support, Customer Service and a Trainer, I have managed to hone my skills that I consider essential in attaining client's business needs and in providing quality service. I am willing to learn new things and love working with members of diverse groups.
