Started as a Customer Care Support where I learned a lot about handling customers with empathy and providing best in the world service through phone and emails. By being the first in line to assist customers, I got adept with resolving technical issues related to DNS, Shared hosting servers, Websites, Emails, and Site Builder.
After more than a year with the company, I got into a leadership role where I managed a team of 10-12 people. This role allowed me to develop leadership skills, coaching, mentoring, and cultivating member's potential and managing a large group.
