As the mother of a very active family of 6, I am skilled at organization and
scheduling. I worked for 13 years in the social services field, so I learned
to be quick on my feet and make adjustments as needed, in the moment.
As a volunteer with my church and the booster organization at my
children’s club cheer and dance gym, I am skilled in interpersonal

Premier Athletics NKY Booster Club/ Treasurer and Fundraising
Coordinator
January 2018-present, Park Hills, KY
As a founding member of the Booster Club, I took on the role of
Treasurer and Fundraising Coordinator. I am responsible for the
finances of the club and scheduling fundraising events. I am expected to
keep detailed accounting and scheduling records so that money can be
distributed in its intended manor. I sign contracts for events and recruit
gym members to work our fundraising events.
Crossroads Church/ Volunteer
September 2013-present, Florence, KY
I volunteered for almost 5 years in the office of the Florence location of
Crossroads Church, which is one of the largest growing churches in the
country. I was tasked with assisting in the approval process of all
volunteers who work in the Children’s Ministry during weekend services.
I called references and added each volunteer to the church’s database. I
have also spent the last 3 years serving as the group lead for the Foster
Care/Adoption Support group at the Florence, KY location. I am
responsible for leading weekly meetings, choosing programming for each
session and taking roll each week of members in attendance.
New Beginnings Family Services/ Site Director
February 2011 - August 2013, Erlanger, KY
I was recruited to open the Northern Kentucky location of New
Beginnings Family Services, a private foster care and adoption agency. I
ran the office, recruited and trained new foster homes, completed weekly
and monthly paperwork, and maintained positive relationships with state
social workers to ensure the children placed with this agency received
the care and therapeutic services needed in order to heal and meet their
permanency goals.
Children’s Review Program/ Placement Coordinator
September 2001 - February 2011, Bowling Green, KY/Covington, KY
As a placement coordinator, I was assigned to work with certain service
regions in Kentucky. I assisted the state social workers by helping them
find therapeutic foster home and residential placements for children
placed in out of home care. I completed paperwork and contacted each
agency within my region with the demographics of the child in need of
placement and helped the social worker chose the best placement. I was
expected to know about each program across the state in order to give
my professional advice about which program would best serve the child
in need. My job started in Bowling Green, KY and I transferred to the
Northern Kentucky region my last 3 years in the job.
