Other functions that may be assigned from time to time July 2010-July 2013 Basic Functions: Responsible for confirmation and documentation of staff candidates for Head Office in accordance with Bank's hiring and placement policy. The position also takes charge of preparation of manpower status reports and active participation in other recruitment activities. Duties & Responsibilities: A. Recruitment Due Diligence for Head Office staff candidates 1. Confirms and monitors hiring date of staff candidates for Head Office 2. Ensures that staff candidates have undergone and passes all the recruitment requirements (interview, medical & written exams and credit checking). 3. Schedules candidates for submission of pre-employment requirements and discussion of orientation schedule. 4. Prepares New Hires Memo/List to be sent to different HR units 5. Collates, encodes and distributes pre-employment requirements to different HR units 6. Encodes new hires' information in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) accurately. 7. Prepares 201 file and appointment paper of Head Office staff new hires. 8. Prepares and releases corporate Ids of Head Office Staff new hires. B. Manpower Reportorial Requirements 1. Maintains New Hires database of staff 2. Submits manpower needs/statistics and number of new hires of Head Office units to the Section Head every hiring cut-off. 3.
